The life expectancy of the technical textile is shorter though, around 25 to 30 years (Hallgruppen offers thicker stronger PVC), but can be easily replaced if the need arises. However, for best practice, it could be periodically checked for loose or damaged seams, tears or slits in the fabric, or any signs of moisture/water ingress. In our experience, fabric covered structures suffer few break-ins, but they are not completely theft-proof, even with steel walls and roller doors etc. Of course alarm / monitoring systems can be installed.
