In the construction industry, tarpaulins are used to cover ground areas during inclement weather such as snowfall, rain and cold, to protect the area while work is not being carried out. These tarps then allow snow to be easily lifted away using a crane.

Effortless Snow Removal

Gone are the days of heavy, unwieldy and space-consuming snow lifting tarps. Our new tarps measure 6.0 x 4.2 metres and weigh just 9 kg, making them easy to handle and transport by one person.
Our tarps have a higher lifting capacity compared to previous models and are certified for 2500 kg based on a breaking load of 17800 kg. The PP cloth surface also provides higher friction on snow, making for a safer construction site and reducing the risk of falls.

PP, or polypropylene, is a synthetic fibre that is an eco-friendly alternative to PVC. The PP fabric does not absorb liquid and has a low weight, making it ideal for use as a snow lifting tarp. The tarp has reinforced lifting points sewn into each corner and a breaking load of 17800 kg, providing a certified lifting capacity of 2500 kg with a safety margin of 7:1.
