Yes, second-hand structures can often be adapted to meet new specifications and requirements. This provides a cost-effective solution that still meets your needs.

Our structures are available for purchase or rental. When renting then our standard terms are to charge quarterly rental in advance and an up-front one-off installation charge. However we want to help and be competitive, so when a customer needs to preserve their cash-flow for example, we can usually offer at least some of the installation charge included with the monthly rental charge.  It depends on the structure, term of rent, site and customer circumstances so a conversation is always needed to determine what’s possible.

We try harder to please – you’re better off with us!  Although worryingly it seems few people read the small print and compare what different companies offer, we try to be fairer once a rental’s commitment is fulfilled.  The choice with most providers is simply return the structure or keep it at the same price (and if you want to buy it, it’s the same price as it was before the rental started!).  We’ll deduct some of what you’ve already paid in rental from the purchase price if you decide to now purchase it, or if you want to keep it then we’ll gradually reduce the removal charge or offer you a better rental for a new commitment.
