Insulated structures are incredibly versatile and are used across various industries, including but not limited to storage, industry, trade, production, and as temporary or semi-permanent workplaces. Their flexibility and quick assembly make them an attractive solution for many different types of projects and needs.

The U-value measures how well a material insulates, with a lower value indicating better insulation performance. We have a range of grades of insulation materials and hence a range of u-values.

Whilst we do offer double-skin coated fabric inflated roofs (which requires a power supply for the air compressor unit), we also offer extra insulated double skin coated fabric roofs with glass wool core which does not require a power supply. Our ISO-covers come in a variety of thicknesses from 50mm to 200mm and are filled with glass fibre wool as insulation.  Once installed they can have a one-time air inflation then sealed to form something like a duvet cover; lasting insulation without needing a power supply to keep it working.  Also, if you choose the same padded insulated soft covers for both walls and roof then this is fitted as a single piece cover from ground/side to ground/side meaning there’s no gaps/joins unlike a system that has different covers, for example coated fabric roof with composite panel walls.  The coated ISO-covers win every time in that scenario.
