Happy International Women’s Day

We celebrate the women of Hallgruppen and women world-wide on International Women’s Day! ♀

In one year, we have more than doubled the number of female employees. The number of women in our industry continues to be under-represented. Amongst Hallgruppen’s many goals is to employ more women at all levels and in all departments. We encourage all employers to do the same, especially in those industries where women are in the minority.

We all must ensure women’s full and genuine participation and equal opportunities for positions at all levels where decisions are made, and that they have equal pay for equal work.
